Once you have subscribed a Web Hosting or Email Hostingservice, you may want to configure your email on your Desktop/Laptop Computer or your Mobile Device to access your mailbox with ease. To be able to do this, you need to make sure that your service provider supports POP, IMAP & SMTP protocols to Email Server.
Below you can find some settings which are common with most email service providers and will work on both Desktop (like Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird) & Mobile Devices (Android, iPhone, Blackberry) and allow you to use your mailbox.
Incoming Mail Server (POP3/IMAP): mail.YOURDOMAIN.COM
POP 3 Port Number: 110
IMAP Port Number: 143
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.YOURDOMAIN.COM
SMTP Port: 25 (or use 587 if 25 is blocked by your ISP)
Use Secure Password: NO (Untick)
Use SSL/TLS Encryption: NO
SMTP Server Requires Authentication: YES (Tick this option in Properties or More Settings of the email account and has to be selected to enable ougoing mails)
NOTE: YOURDOMAIN.COM should be replaced by your actual domain name without www
