What are Nameservers and how to change Nameservers of a Domain Name
What are Nameservers?
Nameservers are hostnames pointing to IP Addresses specific to a Hosting Server. Generally, Nameservers are a set of 2-4 Hostnames which when set inside a Domain Name, instructs the Domain Name to point to its corresponding IP Addresses which ultimately resolves the Domain Name to a specific Web hosting server.
Since Domain Name and a Web Hosting Server (Hosting Account) are two separate entities, a relation needs to be established between them and Nameservers acts as this bridge. Whenever you purchase a Web Hosting Account, your service provider will send you the Nameserver values which correspond the Hosting Server on which your Web Hosting Account is created. Thus these nameservers need to be set in your Domain Name so that it works from your Web Hosting Account. If you purchase a Domain Name and Web Hosting service in same order, the service provider generally sets the Nameservers for you by default and you do not need to take any action. However, if you are purchasing Domain Name and Web Hosting separately or through different service providers, then Nameservers need to be updated.
Word of caution while updating your Nameservers is that never leaves the old values there i.e. only keep a single set of values that you receive and remove any nameserver values that pre-exist.
Also, once Nameservers are updated, it may take up to 24-48 hours for them to reflect on the internet depending upon the Internet Service Provider. Since nameservers are property of DNS, they propagate from ISP to ISP & Location to Location and this may take up to 24-48 hours to complete. So it may happen that you can access Domain Name on one internet connection but not other. There is no option but to wait until this process finishes on its own.
How to change Nameservers?
Nameservers are editable from the Domain Registration service provider’s end and not from Web Hosting service provider’s end. The Web Hosting service provider will only give Nameserver values.
a. If your Domain Name is registered with us.
In case your domain name is registered with us i.e. we are your Domain Registration service provider, then you can change your Nameservers by following below steps

ii. From the secondary main menu “Domains”, go to “My Domains” section and click on “Setting Icon” button to the right of the domain name for which you want to update Nameserver.

Please note that Domain Control Panel is different than Hosting Control Panel and generally released by service providers only upon client request.
The process to change the Nameservers inside the Domain Control Panel may be different from one panel to another depending upon the upstream provider. Ultimately you are bound to find the option under Domain Details section.
Please note that some Domain Registration service providers are skeptic about releasing the Domain Control panel as it control domain ownership, in which case you can pass on the Nameservers values to them so that they can update them on your behalf.
