What does the price include?+
Business Starter is ₹3,500 per user per year and Business Standard is ₹15,000 per user per year, both + 18% GST. The price includes the Google Workspace licence plus our free setup, DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), mailbox migration and fully managed admin help.
Why is your price higher than buying from Google directly?+
Buying direct gets you only the Google licence; you set it up and run it yourself. Ours is a managed Google Workspace: the price includes the licence plus our team doing the setup, DNS records, mailbox migration and day-to-day admin (new users, resets, aliases, groups), with a GST invoice in rupees and human support on WhatsApp.
Is it billed monthly or yearly?+
Plans are billed yearly, per user. You can add more users during the year; ask us and we will add them for you.
What does "fully managed admin" mean?+
You do not need to learn the Google admin console. When you need a new user, a password reset, an email alias or a group, message us and our team does it for you.
Can you move my existing emails?+
Yes. Mailbox migration from your current email provider is included free. We plan the switch so your mail keeps flowing.
Do I need a website or hosting plan?+
No. You only need a domain name. If you do not have one yet, we can register it for you.
Which plan should I choose?+
Business Starter suits most small teams. Choose Business Standard if you need much more storage per user, meeting recording, appointment booking or eSignatures. Not sure? Ask us on WhatsApp.
Is there a cheaper option for basic email only?+
Yes. If you only need email without the Google apps, our Business Email Hosting starts at ₹1,150 per mailbox per year + 18% GST.
Can some staff use Google Workspace and others use Business Email on the same domain?+
Yes. With our Mixed Email Setup, everyone keeps an @yourcompany.com address. Key people get Google Workspace and the rest of the team gets lower-cost Business Email. We configure the mail routing so messages reach the right inbox, and the mixed setup is free.
What do Business Email users miss out on in a mixed setup?+
Business Email users get a full professional inbox with calendar and contacts, but not Google Drive, Meet, Docs or shared Google calendars. Choose Google Workspace for staff who need those tools.
Can I move a user from Business Email to Google Workspace later?+
Yes. Tell us which user to upgrade and we will move the mailbox and update the routing for you.
