What is included in the price?+
The monthly price includes the cloud server, cPanel & WHM licence, server setup and security hardening, monthly OS and cPanel updates, daily automatic backups, free weekly snapshots, free migration and a monthly server health report. All prices are + 18% GST.
How many websites can I host?+
Each cPanel account can hold a website with its own email and databases. paceSTART includes 5 accounts, pacePRO 30, paceBIZ 100, paceMAX 250, paceULTRA 500 and paceULTIMATE 1,000.
Do I need to buy a cPanel licence separately?+
No. The cPanel licence for your plan is included. After you order, our team installs and licenses cPanel on your server for you.
What does "managed" mean here?+
We take care of the server: setup, security, monthly updates, backups and migration. You manage your websites inside cPanel, the same way you would on shared hosting.
What is not included?+
We manage the server, not your website code. Fixing website or plugin errors, theme changes and custom development are not included, but we can quote for them separately.
Can you move my websites from my current host?+
Yes. Free migration is included. We move your websites, email and databases and plan the switch to keep downtime low.
How is this different from your Linux Cloud Server?+
The Linux Cloud Server is a root-access server for developers who manage everything themselves. The Managed cPanel Cloud Server comes with cPanel installed and our team managing the server for you.
Where is the server located?+
Our primary data centre is in Mumbai, India, with 20ms response in India and 99.9% network uptime.
How do backups and restores work?+
Every plan includes daily full-server backups kept for 10 days, plus free weekly snapshots. These are copies of the whole server, not of single files. A restore brings the entire server back to the day you choose, and our team does it free on request. Need separate backups of a database or specific files? We can set up database or file-level backups on quote.
